I was born on the 16th of July. I am now working Information
Officer, Municipality of Taytay Rizal Philippines, currently the Vice President of Rizal League of Information Officers
I am heading the Women with Disabilities Leap to Social
and Economic Progress (WOW LEAP Inc) and presently a board of Director of the National Alliance of Persons ith Disabilities
(ALyansa ng Maykapansanang Pinoy)
I'm a polio survivor with both legs affected. I used to
walk with braces when I was younger but I got tired of being slow so when I took a wheelchair, my life became easier and I
feel much better sitting beautifully on it! And my journey began with this wheels....

What a job!
UPDATE: THE NEW MUNICIPAL BUILDING IN NOW VERY DISABLED FRIENDLY! We transferred there last June 12, 2008
and it one of the most accessble municipal uildings in the whole Philippines!
I enjoy my present job. This is real integration! A daily challenge working in an environment unfriendly for a person
on wheelchair. My office is at the third floor of the old municipal building. Everyday I experience people's goodwill
and rejection sometimes. But its normal world where human beings live. They are human and not gods or goddesses who
never knew wrong.
Life has changed, I am now the Information Officer and responsible
for the Office of Persons with Disabilities in our municipality...
